Improving Communication Between Superiors and Subscripts in The Company

Abstract


Communication within the company between superiors and subordinates is important to establish good relationships within an organization, company, to achieve success. Where communication is the process of forming a meaning through messages, both verbal messages and nonverbal messages in the form of signs, as well as behavior. The purpose of this research was conducted to get an overview of the process of symbolic interaction between superiors and subordinates in a company. This study uses a literature study approach (Library Research) sourced from books, related journal articles. In this study using the theory of symbolic interactionism which has three main key concepts: mind, self, society where symbols of attitude, behavior, way of speaking, way of dressing are seen in ongoing interactions.
